Frequently Asked Questions

1. What’s Dover White clay?

Dover White clay is a stoneware clay, which means that it is more porous and rough than porcelain. You would see porcelain in most of the dinnerware that you use. It is slightly less durable than porcelain, but is more affordable and still functions similarly.

2. Are your pieces microwave safe?

Yes, all pieces are microwave/oven safe, as well as dishwasher safe.

3. How long does it take for you to make a custom piece?

It depends on the piece! One piece can range from 2 weeks to 1-2 months, depending on the complexity of the order.

4. Do you ship overseas/internationally?

Yes, I will ship your piece to any part of the world that the postal office will cover. However, shipping is not included in the price of the piece, so please be mindful that I am shipping from Southern California.

5. My piece came damaged. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, once the piece is shipped it is out of my control what happens to it. Please send me a picture of the damaged piece as well as what you ordered, and I will do my best to come up with a solution for you. Thank you for your understanding!
